This old factory flooring is in its original salvaged condition but does have all the surface nails pulled out. 

We would like to sell this old flooring as a complete lot.

This flooring has a 5 inch face and is a full 1.5 inches in thickness.

Species is a mixed Red and White Oak.

We currently have a good supply of original reclaimed Oak barn lumber that has not been de-nailed or defected.

Since these boards are extra naily and the planks will be used in much the same condition as they were when we salvaged them, we can sell this lumber at a reduced price.

This lumber is sold as is and will need to be at least surface de-nailed or the nails can just be bent over for a very original look. 

We have approximately 6000 - 8000 board feet available.

Price for this unique type of lumber is $0.50 per board foot and in lots of 1000 board feet. 

Reclaimed Mixed Oak Barn Timbers:

Some of the most common sizes are:  4x8's, 6x6's, 8x8's 8x10's etc. 

This will be a load of many different sizes and depends on what we have on hand.

There will be some beams that have rotted or heavily damaged sections in them.  These sections will not be removed, but footage deductions will be made for such.

Most surface nails will be pulled.

Price: $1.80 per board foot.
